Refund policy

At Sitare, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience for every guest.

1. Cancellations

  • Guests can cancel bookings as per the cancellation policy mentioned during checkout.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through our website or by emailing stay@sitare.in

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full or partial refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame.
  • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, last-minute cancellations or violations of house rules.
  • If the stay is cancelled by Sitare due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance or natural events), guests will receive a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional or discounted bookings may be labelled as β€œNon-Refundable.” These reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
