Refund policy
At Sitare, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience for every guest.
1. Cancellations
- Guests can cancel bookings as per the cancellation policy mentioned during checkout.
- Cancellation requests must be made through our website or by emailing stay@sitare.in
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full or partial refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is made within the allowed time frame.
- Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, last-minute cancellations or violations of house rules.
- If the stay is cancelled by Sitare due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance or natural events), guests will receive a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be labelled as βNon-Refundable.β These reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
