1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
- Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Guests must provide accurate contact and payment details while booking.
2. Check-in / Check-out
- Standard check-in and check-out times apply (as mentioned on your booking confirmation).
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations are allowed as per the policy mentioned at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect property rules.
- Damage to property, misuse of amenities or illegal activities may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.
5. Liability
- Sitare is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, natural calamities or events beyond our control.
- Guests use the property and facilities at their own risk.
6. Modifications
Sitare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective once published on our website.
