When you make a reservation or inquiry at Sitare Villas, we collect necessary personal details including your full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, dates of stay, and guest details. At check-in, we collect government-issued photo ID verification for all adult guests (and passport/visa details for foreign nationals to complete mandatory Form C reporting under Indian law).

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your information is used strictly to verify calendar reservations, send written booking confirmations, facilitate guest registration, ensure safety on the estate, coordinate bespoke concierge services, and comply with applicable statutory requirements. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers.

3. Payment Security & Financial Data

Online payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway partners (PayU or Razorpay) using PCI-DSS compliant 256-bit encryption. Sitare does not collect or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, bank passwords, or UPI PINs.

4. ID Retention & Statutory Compliance

Government photo ID copies collected during check-in are retained strictly as required by local authorities and Indian hospitality laws. They are kept securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for regulatory reporting.

5. Privacy Requests & Data Rights

To access, correct, or request deletion of personal data you have shared with us (booking details, contact information, or ID records), please write to stay@sitare.in with the subject line "Privacy request".

We review and respond to all verified privacy requests within 7 business days. Note that data retention required by statutory or law enforcement obligations will be maintained as mandated by law.
